NOLWENN FALIGOT
PROFILE
Left for England after a Baccalaureate in Applied Arts at the Lycée Vauban in Brest, in France, the designer Nolwenn graduated from the greatest London fashion schools, London College of Fashion, Kingston University and the prestigious Central Saint Martins. Nolwenn Faligot has worked in England, Slovakia, China, Japan and at Paris Fashion Week. Wanting to create her own brand, she decided to settle in her home region, Brittany in France, where she created a line of clothing for women that reflects the soul and identity so particular to Brittany by combining elegance and functionality. The brand is a delicate meeting between Celtic heritage and influences from the four corners of the world, echoing the Breton clothing heritage in a modern and bold evocation. Nolwenn offers creative and optimistic collections; designed to bring singularity to women with clothes with comfortable volumes allowing them to move with elegance and ease. A brand for women who want to give more meaning to fashion, to indulge themselves in a committed way and have style without needing to be "fashionable", with clothes that break free from classic seasons. A fashion focused on curiosity about here and elsewhere, culture and nature, tangible and intangible heritage, arts and crafts, history and beautiful objects. An eco-designed wardrobe for a sustainable clothing brand with a choice of European eco-responsible fabrics (from linen to certified organic cotton). It is also about sharing the adventure with local partners; by promoting their know-how and the shared interest in highlighting this region.
